Get to know Eddie..

Eddie Martinez was born and raised in Toluca, Estado de Mexico. Eddie’s fondest childhood memories of dance is of his mom and dad, dancing to Spanish music in their living room. Inspired by Michael Jackson, MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice, he started dancing at the age of 12, in the streets of Mexico. There were no formal Hip hop dance trainings available at that time. So, Eddie self- taught himself how to dance by watching the street performers in Mexico. Eddie started a Hip hop b-boy crew and by the age of 18, he was performing all over Mexico, in some of the biggest concerts , live shows and Spanish TV stations.

Eddie moved to Los Angeles in the year of 2001, and started his formal dance choreography training with some of the biggest choreographers and artists in the Hollywood industry.

Eddie’s goal is to transform the world into a positive environment through dancing and by teaching technical knowledge that helps people to develop their creativity for the love of life. Eddie is currently a certified life coach. His passion for philosophy and the yearn for wisdom motivates him to continue helping people to not only live fully but also happy.
